I’m visiting your classroom to ensure consistency in the Make Your Day program and to help you in any way possible.  This is not an evaluation, but a checklist to help you use the MYD program effectively.

___ Points done correctly.
___ Overhead or Point poster used.
___ Student Point book out and all students paying attention (not working or talking). 
___ Reason given for Point evaluation, if applicable.
 

___ Concerns done correctly.
___ Names read aloud, name by name.
___ Students raise hand if they have a Concern.
___ Concern phrased correctly by student.
___ Points adjusted correctly.
 

___ Points written down only after all Concerns.
